Upstream flow has made it to Columbia Bridge along the Rio Grande and will soon start rising in Laredo. Nearing major flood stage of 30 feet for Columbia Bridge late tonight. Major flooding is also expected later along the Nueces River at Cotulla, and close at Tilden on the Frio.
