[10:30 PM] A special weather statement for patchy dense fog has been issued. The close proximity of the cold front + very saturated soils is resulting in some early fog development. Will continue to monitor trends.

A county flood warning was issued for Hocking given numerous road closures and high water issues. Several other counties in the Scioto Valley and Northern KY continue to deal with high water issues and road closures. Be careful, especially as we head into the overnight hours.

More showers will develop today along with some thunderstorms. The environment is still favorable for some of these showers and storms to produce locally heavy rainfall. This could lead to some flooding issues mainly south and east of I-71.

Rain builds back in near the Ohio River near daybreak Sunday, expanding northward. An additional 1-2+ inches of rain is certainly possible, especially for locations along/SE of I-71. Isolated flooding issues are possible again, in addition to any ongoing river/creek flooding.

Locally heavy rainfall will still be a possibility this afternoon from central Ohio into northeast Kentucky with strengthening showers and some thunderstorms ahead of a weak cold front. Therefore, there continues to be the potential of flash flooding in those areas.
