@sakuraofthesea The hosting agency, Tulsa City/County Emergency Management, has had a lot of turnover recently and is in transition, so wasn't able to logistically accommodate the class. Typically, this training is coordinated by a local EM agency, and the NWS serves as a guest instructor.
