Instead of just accepting a refund, she starts recording the whole interaction, insisting the employee confirm out loud that she “couldn’t” make the smoothie. The employee (who’s clearly trying to help) keeps her cool, repeatedly asks for the card so she can process the refund, and gently points out that the customer is holding up the line for everyone behind her.
