On three consecutive possessions Acuff:
- closes out lazily on his man who passes it to an open Camden. Acuff doesn't make an effort to run at him to cover for Sharp
- misses layup & takes his time getting up
- takes 8 seconds to re-enter frame while his teammates defend 4-on-5

Gavin Gallaher thoughts: Quite surprisingly, Gallaher goes undrafted. However, this was NOT because teams weren’t interested in him. My GUESS as to what happened- after not going on day 1 of the draft (rounds 1-4), Gallaher’s agent made it known that Gallaher would sign but wanted a specific amount of bonus money or he’d return to UNC. This is where the new 5-in-5 rule plays a role. Instead of having just one year of college eligibility remaining (his senior year), Gallaher has two years of eligibility left. Therefore, he’s able to be even more aggressive with negotiations because he still has leverage in next year’s draft. I’d also assume that he’ll be getting a pretty nice NIL package from UNC. Add that to the fact that he didn’t quite have the year he would’ve liked, and the UNC captain is betting on himself.
