Our next study is to develop a Training load and Maturation monitoring coach learning framework for CAT 3 clubs where creating this type of environment can be more challenging due to a lack of resources

Working in ‘silo’ can lead to a decontextualised learning environment. Our study showed that clubs that constructed a trans-disciplinary environment often had coaches with greater perceived knowledge of Training load and Maturation monitoring practices! Abstract below👇
