Good interview. He’s done the right thing waiting till the end of the season to call them players out. They’ve embarrassed the club all season. Also don’t agree with those saying “he signed them so it’s all his fault” when he signed them the majority were great signings on paper

Ling situation i can’t fully get my head around the timing of it. Some of the recruitment this season has been questionable but he is simply not to blame for that. They are shaking things up to try and get a reaction. Only time will tell but this is the business of football #LOFC

@mollyfolly2019 @Daniel_slaw Embleton was there to steady the ship after tragic loss of Justin. He also didn’t do bad in his second spell. Fletcher was a gamble that didn’t pay off. He then got Jackett who was a coup for league 2, no one knew it wouldn’t work out. Then came Wellens. Trust me he did well

@N_m_93 @Daniel_slaw He should have been sacked after appointing Fletcher followed by Embleton - two of the worst consecutive appointments in our history

@mollyfolly2019 @Daniel_slaw He was also responsible for picking Wellens and Edinburgh. Also if he’s responsible for the bad signings was he not responsible for the good ones too or does that not suit your narrative?

@Daniel_slaw He is 100% to blame for the recruitment - he signs off on every deal - he’s was the DoF - he has to take ultimate responsibility. It’s the right decision albeit belated

As much as I like RW, why oh why would you spend weeks saying you need certain players so you don’t have to play 5 at the back and then choose to play 5 at the back at home against a team in 15th? #lofc
