@choowissss Nagask lang ako kung bakit nawala. Then sabi due to questionable activities. Tapos reply ko ay nagask ako ano ung questionable na yun and firm ako na sabi ko na hindi ko tatanggapjn ang refund. After non wala na reply sm kasi nilagay ko sa cc ung dti.

@hnnahkimm May mga naibalik na walang ginawa (no email, no call etc.). Ang ginawa ko naman at nagemail ako sa customer service then nagfile ng complaint sa DTI.

@hnnahkimm May mga hindi pa rin na nabalik ang vouchers. Pero sana mabalik na rin yung inyo! Malapit na tayo sa finish line wag susuko. Gumagalaw na si SM tickets. Unfair kapag hindi lahat ay maibalik.
