Many wanted to see the old Pandhri village school. So here they are. Unfortunately many rural village schools are still in such shape. More than 300 people contributed to building this school. My entire Team @Nabhangan5 is forever in debt of their love and trust.

A beautiful eco School under many trees. Playground, library with all kinds of books. Our pandhari village school Kids exploring, playing and learning to be a kind human being. This was a dream for me 7 years back but I worked hard to make this into reality❤️ @Nabhangan5

Thakur sir from Tanda area school, Mathjalgoanvillage tearfully said: We have hit ground zero tai. All efforts put into teaching the children is wiped out in 6 months.We couldn’t do anything. I too could not stop my tears as I listened to him. #timetoaction #rethinkvillages

Most of the construction labour’s working on the Pandhari school site are from locals from Pandhari and the nearby villages.I know most of them personally. All of them said just one thing:”Thank you for starting the work.finally we are back to work and earning our daily wages".

It’s just not building a school, we are actually working on Holistic development of the villages in the Marathwada region. In Social work, the approach to development in my opinion is the most important aspect.

If you want our villages to flourish, you have to work with Love& kindness, at the same time maintain consistency, planning& research. Finally community participation is to key to sustainable development. #rethinkvillages #safetyncare @Nabhangan5
