🚨🗣️ Real Betis manager, Manuel Pellegrini on Ex-United player Antony: “What's wrong with him? A bit of everything. First, it's a physical issue, because he doesn't train every day. Second, he has pubalgia and if we make him play 90 minutes, it's very difficult for him to recover for the next game. "Third, that same pubalgia still gives him some discomfort, but one always expects him to do decisive things as he does. We have to continue taking him with great care. I don't think he is in a position to complete 90 minutes, as I say, because that limits him a lot for the next game.” #MUFC *How Erik ten Hag convinced the club to pay £81m for him is still a question that needs answering — without doubt one of the stupidest decisions in recent years.

I have been deliberately silent on social media for a while. I use all my social media platforms to promote education & make dreams come true for young minds. I rarely post anything about family or politics. This morning, Israel demolished the building I have an apartment in. It took 22 years of my work here & 20 years of my wife’s work to own this apartment. This madness has to stop.

@hahussain BBC & NYT ? Like come on gents ! We all want HA and other militias down but let us stay a bit balanced on how we approach things. If anyone has doubts that Israel is taking advantage of the idiots in HA to kill innocent people then we need to revise a bit our moral compass.

This Lebanese antisemite has insisted over the past week that Israeli PM Netanyahu was killed in an Iranian missile attack, and that she has the receipts. Three years ago, she had evidence that Israel (and the U.S.) struck Gaza’s Ahli hospital. Even the BBC and NYT reversed themselves on the hospital and said it was errant Palestinian fire.

@hahussain @DrSamirGeagea Denying that Geagea is a criminal like Hezbollah, both slaughtered many Lebanese, doesn’t help anyone. This is a fact. And we want to stop circulating is this vicious cycle of old clans.

The Lebanese Forces Party of @DrSamirGeagea has been saying and doing the right things, leading the way on disbanding Hezbollah, criminalizing its leadership, and banning Iranian IRGC personnel from visiting Lebanon. Had Geagea been elected president of Lebanon in 2024 instead of the weak Aoun, the state might have shown far more spine in controlling the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) and forcefully disarming Hezbollah. Shout-out to Geagea also for insisting on holding parliamentary elections (scheduled for May) at the earliest possible date given the war circumstances. Geagea could also lead Lebanon’s bilateral peace and normalization with Israel, whether he’s president or not. Had it not been for Amos Hochstein, who insisted on Aoun, Geagea could have been president and Lebanon would have been far along the path to peace and prosperity.

🚨We wasted 14 months on a manager whose arrogance dragged standards into the mud. He openly told us this was the worst United team ever and slowly lowered expectations across the fanbase. Not enough has been written about just how damaging Amorim’s time at United was. Football is not meant to be about endless suffering, yet we were gaslit for months. We were constantly told the players weren’t good enough, that they couldn’t achieve anything and even the players started believing it. People were actually justifying a 15th-place finish. If we had been relegated, they would have blamed the club and the players, not him. He came close to breaking this club and some fans backed him through it all, myself included. Amorim misprofiled almost every player and made good footballers look terrible. He had no respect for the United way. Threatening to leave like a spoilt child, playing dreadful football and rejecting everything this club stands for, he was the complete opposite of Manchester United. The next time someone says “he needs time to implement his ideas” to defend a manager who is clearly underperforming, they need to think properly. Do managers need time? Yes. Should the team be awful while that happens? Absolutely not. We didn’t actually concede any clear chances from open play against Arsenal and City barely created anything clear either Do you realise how crazy that is? Amorim had 7 defensive players on the pitch and we were still chaotic... like how do some people seriously try to justify Amorim’s time at United as “promising”? Yes there are some good points from his time especially inside the dressing room but honestly the way he spoke on the press conferences, the way he spoke about players it was nothing about the Manchester United WAY. There’s no way around it, supporting Amorim for that long now looks foolish. I held my hands up to that and we all should. #MUFC

🚨If we are being honest with ourselves, we really wasted 12 months as a club with Ruben Amorim. This is not a direct criticism of him as a coach, but a criticism of the United board. They should never have appointed Amorim in the first place, especially considering his style of play and how different it was from what suits this squad. Watching us play today, you can see how comfortable the players are in their positions again. The team looks more natural, more confident and more like Manchester United should look. For the first time in a long while, I feel alive again watching United. #MUFC

This result is completely on Amorim. His in game management is genuinely worrying. This has been his biggest weakness since day 1. It feels like he decides the subs he's gonna make before the game starts and then he just goes with it no matter the circumstances.

🚨Has anyone else noticed how smartly Amorim’s been managing players like Mount, and Shaw — basically everyone who struggled with injuries under Ten Hag? 👀 United players are spending more time on the pitch than in the treatment room. Just 13 injuries in 9 months under Amorim compared to 66 in 22/23 and 45 in 23/24 — that’s around £33M lost in wages before he arrived of players being unbelievable to play. It’s not just better tactics, it’s a whole culture shift — smarter training, better recovery, proper rotation. That’s real progress. A healthy squad is a winning squad. 💪🔴
