said in the bleak midwinter to all of his comrades and brothers, in the end he's all alone and could finally saying it for himself💔

tommy saying “in the bleak midwinter” as he’s dying and then the film hitting us with ruby, grace, arthur and polly…i get they wanted the film to work for new audiences too, but that emotional continuity is exactly what longtime fans needed

As a HUGE Peaky Blinders fan since 2015, here are my thoughts on the film:
- Disrespect to Arthur and Ada. Their actors too
- Ada fridged
- Erasure of Lizzie, Linda, Esme and Charlie
- Undeveloped new characters idgaf about, who are the main focus?
- Steven Knight writing women

#nw Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man (2026) dir. Tom Harper. written by Steven Knight. I have a bad feeling about this.
