Police have released footage of 15-year-old Kian Moulton following the fatal stabbing of 12-year-old Leo Ross. Moulton remained at the scene and was later questioned by officers. On Tuesday, he was sentenced to a minimum of 13 years in prison.

A 15-year-old boy has pleaded guilty to murdering a 12-year-old in Birmingham. Leo Ross was stabbed in a park while walking home from school in 2025. Police think the teenager had injured women in the park previously and did not know Leo.
