(หมายเหตุ: โพสต์ที่ใช้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม จะคงโพสต์ไว้จนกว่างานประกาศรางวัลวันที่ 16 ธันวาคมจะสิ้นสุดลง) 3.ผู้เข้าร่วมสนุกทุกท่านต้องกรอกแบบฟอร์มที่เผยแพร่ผ่านบัญชีทางการ @HeadlinesAwards บนแพลตฟอร์ม X (Twitter) พร้อมอัปโหลดภาพหน้าจอที่แสดงหลักฐานการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตามข้อที่1และ2 (หมายเหตุ: ภาพหน้าจอต้องแสดงให้เห็น ชื่อผู้ใช้ (ID) และ ข้อความการมีส่วนร่วมกิจกรรม อย่างครบถ้วนและชัดเจน) 4.โดยลิงก์แบบฟอร์มจะประกาศในวันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2025 เวลา 12:00 น. (เวลาประเทศไทย) บนแพลตฟอร์ม X (Twitter） 5.ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมดที่กรอกในแบบฟอร์ม ต้องตรงกับข้อมูลที่ระบุในเอกสารยืนยันตัวตนทุกประการ และ ต้องกรอกเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น 6. เมื่อการตรวจสอบข้อมูลเสร็จสิ้น ทางผู้จัดจะประกาศรายชื่อแฟนคลับผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงานอย่างเป็นทางการ วิธีแลกรับสายรัดข้อมือสำหรับเข้างาน 1.หลังจากประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดี ทีมงานจะทยอยส่ง คิวอาร์โค้ดสำหรับเข้างาน ไปยังอีเมลของผู้โชคดี 2.ผู้โชคดีต้องเดินทางไปยัง สถานที่จัดงาน BITEC LIVE กรุงเทพฯ ประเทศไทย เพื่อแลกรับสายรัดข้อมือในวันที่ 16 ธันวาคม (ช่วงเวลาแลกสายรัดข้อมือจะแจ้งให้ทราบอีกครั้ง) โดยต้องแสดงเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้: อีเมลที่มีคิวอาร์โค้ด บัตรประชาชนตัวจริง (สำหรับชาวไทย) หรือ หนังสือเดินทางตัวจริง (สำหรับชาวต่างชาติ) (หมายเหตุ: ต้องนำเอกสารตัวจริงมาแสดงเท่านั้น) หมายเหตุ ： 1.แบบฟอร์มจะเปิดให้กรอกในวันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2025 เวลา 12:00 น. (ตามเวลาประเทศไทย) 2.ผู้เข้าร่วม 271 คนแรก ที่ทำครบทุกขั้นตอนตามที่กำหนด จะได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงาน โดยจะต้องผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติทั้งหมด หากไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสิทธิ์ทันที 3.ผู้เข้าร่วม สามารถกรอกแบบฟอร์มได้เพียง 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น หากพบว่ามีการกรอกซ้ำ จะถูกตัดสิทธิ์ทั้งหมดทันที 4.สำหรับแฟนคลับที่ได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงานในรอบแรกแล้ว กรุณางดลงทะเบียนรอบที่สอง หากตรวจพบว่ามีการลงทะเบียนซ้ำ ทางทีมผู้จัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงานค่ะ 5.ทีมงานจะส่งอีเมลแจ้งเตือนไปยังผู้โชคดี ผู้เข้าร่วมจะต้องแสดงอีเมลนี้ต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ในวันงาน เอกสารแสดงตนจะต้อง ตรงกับข้อมูลในแบบฟอร์ม และต้องเป็นผู้รับสิทธิ์ตัวจริง หากไม่ตรงกัน คณะผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการเข้าร่วมงาน 6.โปรดตรวจสอบว่าอีเมลที่ใช้กรอก ถูกต้องและสามารถใช้งานได้ หากไม่ได้รับอีเมลและไม่สามารถเข้างานได้ คณะผู้จัดงาน จะไม่รับผิดชอบในทุกกรณี 7.สิทธิ์เข้างานมอบให้ฟรี ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย และห้ามจำหน่ายต่อ หากพบว่ามีการซื้อ–ขายสิทธิ์ จะถูกยกเลิกสิทธิ์ทันที 8. ลำดับที่นั่งภายในงานจะเป็นการสุ่มที่นั่งให้โดยอัตโนมัติ ผู้ร่วมงานจะต้องแลกรับสายรัดข้อมือภายในเวลาที่กำหนดหากมาไม่ทันตามเวลา สิทธิ์ที่นั่งจะถูกยกเลิกทันที 9.กรุณาเก็บรักษาสายรัดข้อมือของท่านให้ดี หากสูญหายหรือชำรุด จะไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมงานได้ 10.การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ ถือว่าท่าน ยินยอมปฏิบัติตามกฎและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ทุกประการ หากฝ่าฝืน คณะผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ในการ ยกเลิกสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมได้ทันที 11.หากผู้เข้าร่วมแสดงพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม หรือไม่สมควร คณะผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ในการ ปฏิเสธการเข้าร่วมงาน หรือเชิญออกจากงานโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า 12.สิทธิ์ในการตัดสินใจในทุกกรณี เป็นของทีมผู้จัดงาน 2025 Thailand Headlines Person of the Year Award แต่เพียงผู้เดียว First-Round Lucky Fans List: drive.google.com/file/d/1o85GLh… Form Opens: November 30, 12:00 (GMT+7) Form Distribution Channel: X (Twitter) @HeadlinesAwards Award Ceremony Date & Venue: December 16, BITEC LIVE, Bangkok, Thailand How to play 1.Follow X (Twitter) account @HeadlinesAwards. 2.Repost this post, answer the question “Which artists do you most want to see at the awards ceremony?” in the post, and include the three hashtags #PersonOfTheYearAwards2025 #ThailandHeadlines #2025thailandheadlines. (Note: This post must be kept until the end of the award ceremony on December 16) 3.All participants must fill out the form released on the official HeadlinesAwards account on X (Twitter) and upload a screenshot of their post, along with proof of following our page. (Note: The screenshot must clearly show the participant’s X ID and the full content of their interaction post.) 4.The form link will be announced on November 30 at 12:00 (Thailand Time) via the official X (Twitter) account @HeadlinesAwards. 5.All personal information provided in the form must exactly match the participant’s identification document and be filled out in English. 6.The final list of lucky fans will be announced after verification. How to Redeem Entry Access: 1.After the list is announced, the official team will gradually send admission QR codes to the lucky fans via email. 2.Eligible fans must redeem their wristbands on-site at BITEC LIVE, Bangkok, on December 16, 2025, at the designated time (please stay tuned for further official announcements). You must present the official email containing your QR code and your original identification document (Thai: ID card; International fans: passport). ⚠️Important Notes: 1.The registration form will open on November 30, 2025, at 12:00 (Thailand Time). 2.The first 271 participants who complete all required steps will receive entry access to the 2025 Thailand Headlines Person of the Year Awards. Participants must meet all eligibility criteria; any failure to comply will result in disqualification. 3.Each participant may submit the form only once. Duplicate submissions will lead to immediate disqualification from all entries. 4.Fans who have obtained admission in the first round should not register again for the second round; if duplicate registration is found, the organizers reserve the right to cancel their admission. 5.Official confirmation emails will be sent to the eligible fans. You must present the email and matching identification at the event entrance for verification. The ID presented at entry must match the personal information submitted in the form. Entry is strictly limited to the registered individual. 6.Please ensure the email address you provide is valid and correct. The Organising Committee will not be responsible for missed notifications due to invalid or incorrect email addresses. 7.All entry wristbands are completely free of charge. Any form of resale is strictly prohibited. If any resale is discovered, the entry privilege will be immediately revoked. 8.All seats are randomly assigned. Eligible fans must arrive within the specified time to redeem their wristbands. Failure to arrive on time will result in loss of entry rights. 9.Please take good care of your wristband.
