I’ve come to an important realization about the future of Oxedium. The current version of the protocol relies on an oracle for swap pricing. It works. And it works well. But. There are two fundamental limitations: 1️⃣ We can only support tokens that are available through the oracle. That limits scalability. 2️⃣ Public oracles sometimes freeze or update with delays. When that happens, swaps become unavailable. Yes, a rejected swap protects capital. But on a high-speed chain like Solana, even short downtime = missed opportunity and poor UX. That’s unacceptable for DeFi. So I’m building Oxedium V3. In V3, pricing will be based on virtual reserves. Why is this better? — The protocol no longer depends on external data sources — No risk of a “frozen” oracle — Any token can be supported without waiting for oracle coverage — Pricing is formed algorithmically within the protocol — Greater autonomy and decentralization Additionally: • Virtual reserves allow flexible control over the pricing curve • Liquidity depth can be tuned more precisely • Risk parameters become easier to manage • The protocol becomes a self-sufficient system Important: the current version will continue operating as usual until V3 is fully ready. Once V3 launches, liquidity providers will be able to migrate in one click — without complexity or unnecessary risk. Oxedium V3 is a step from dependency to autonomy. And this kind of serious upgrade is necessary before what I’m preparing to announce in the near future.

The high APR is driven by low liquidity while trading volume exceeded it by tens of times. Historical data does not guarantee future returns

@debar_fx To be fair, such a high APR is due to the fact that there is little liquidity in the protocol. As soon as there is more liquidity, this indicator will stabilise at around 17-30% per annum, according to our forecasts
