@AliTateKins Wait exercise has sth to do with D3 or you mean general health? Except that and slight rise od monocytes I’m fine cuz I do a lot of physical work, walk etc

@NagiXRedLights I had this same issue. I get D3 tablets from Costco. Also, as much as everyone hates to hear it, moderate exercise helps a lot. My blood work has improved a lot since I started walking 30 min 5 days a week.
