@MatrixxAPEX You make it sound like it's solely on the IGL for his team's performance.. Liquid already has a history with qpert; clearly, they see something valuable enough in him to lead a talent project.

VALORANT is the only place where you can IGL your team straight into a relegation (nearly twice) and still get picked up by a Tier 1 team to lead a academy team. There are handful of really good IGLs around with great experience and somehow this is the only option you go with.🤣 congrats to the young players but a big ??? for this IGL pick

Mit dem Aussteigen von @freaks4ugaming aus dem VALORANT DACH Circuit ändert sich auch meine Rolle - mit Ende von @valleague_dach #ThePokal werde ich nicht mehr die Rolle des Head of League Operations VALORANT DACH begleiten Stand jetzt werde ich kein Teil von VALORANT DACH unter der neuen Leitung sein - weder wurden Gespräche mit mir geführt noch weiß ich von einer Anfrage bei meinem Arbeitgeber zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt Eines was man in diesem Job lernen muss: Egal wie gut Du Deine Arbeit auch durchführst - hin und wieder reicht es nicht aus um ein Produkt am Leben zu erhalten. Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht verstehe ich die Entscheidung vollkommen und stehe 100% dahinter - persönlich ist es allerdings dennoch frustrierend Ich bin arrogant genug um sagen zu können: Aus administrativer Sicht haben mein Team rund um @dontwakedrake @lyzzywyzzy @l4cyy @787monka @Aria51LoL @Kampfi_Jonas und ich in der Leitung einen nahzu perfekten Job in der competitiven Durchführung erledigt - sei es nun in den Challengers oder zuletzt bei @projectvgg Queens - das Feedback seitens Orgas/Teams/Spieler:innen spricht hier für sich Meine Zukunft: Ich habe einen laufenden Vertrag mit F4U und man schaut gemeinsam welche Möglichkeiten sich bieten um mir in meinen Kompetenzbereichen Perspektiven bieten zu können Ich hoffe dass der VALORANT DACH Circuit eine glorreiche Zukunft hat und wünsche den neuen Betreibern alles Gute und viel Erfolg bei der Umsetzung/Durchführung! Ebenso den Teams/Orgas und Staff der Orgas viel Erfolg für die Zukunft!
