With the end of the year approaching, time for a bit of looking back. Day1: This was my favourite cue I did for FRWBY Volume 7. The whole project was fun, but I especially enjoyed putting this one together. #RWBY

@mzdrart Thanks! And that's right, yeah. :D I've been doing music seriously since ~2020, so that gave me a solid foundation before starting composing.

@SJCompose I looked into HS2 when it released, but its tone was so harsh, it quickly got a nah from me. That's not even getting into EW's horribly suboptimal file compression. 😅

Not a lot of people talk about hollywood strings 2 too much, but it's a great size ensemble for writing Japanese style studio stuff. It has some problems of course, but overall, I think it's slept on. I still struggle using Tokyo scoring strings even after the update😵‍💫
