With the end of the year approaching, time for a bit of looking back. Day1: This was my favourite cue I did for FRWBY Volume 7. The whole project was fun, but I especially enjoyed putting this one together. #RWBY

I was like “I feel Déjà vu.” And it was the same person lol. Like even putting how fake and off-putting that would be aside - you want me to *voice act* for every six hour CCTM recording session? That’s insane! Put closed captions on and the volume down 💀 get over it.

Calxiyn have you ever considered LYING to your audience for HOURS and HOURS and straining your vocal cords to do it 🤨

@KeithMontalbo That works really well. I always say, I'm surprised there aren't more cross-overs between RWBY and KH, given all the thematic and stylistic overlap.

I kinda hope ‘Destruction’ goes against our expectations. Like instead of being loud and explode-y to be kinda creepy. While on this Reaper sort of thought, it may be cool if it can’t actually destroy, but rather brings objects to their natural end. But needs you to pay the time.

@Calxiyn I'm of similar mind, though I imagine it'll run on FMA rules. That is, to destroy something, the user must give up something of equal value to them.

But the middle ground will probably be something along the lines of knowing what’s worth the sacrifice, or everyone using it together so no one person has to take the burden alone (like everyone equally losing -1 year off their life). That would make sense with V9 I feel

@ThatKaitoDan I'm thinking Choice won't have a spirit. Nothing to offer guidance, just a hard "you figure it out, bozo".

I'm very curious what the other Relic Beings are gonna be like. We've had Jinn who's wise enough to respect clever loopholes in her use and Ambrosius who's so sharp on details it becomes a cause for concern as much as a boon. So what do we expect from Choice & Destruction?

@kaleidoarms I don't know where the quote came from, but I remember hearing "no artist likes his work for longer than a week". It applies universally to every creative field.

Thinking about how much I hate everything I write a while after it's done Fanfic I wrote in my teens is so bad and I'm even starting to wince at more modern stuff I've written Does that happen w/ everyone or are there people who like everything they've ever made over the years?
