If you deposited BTC, contact support via chat or email with your deposit details. Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals remain disabled. All issues are expected to be resolved today.

Update: You can now log in to your account. A password reset is required due to the server update. Bitcoin balances can now be traded to Naira. We are working on enabling Naira withdrawals and processing deposits made during the maintenance period.

You can now make Naira withdrawals, and we'll start processing delayed deposits next. Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals are still disabled. Our Bitcoin infrastructure has been secured by a reputable company since 2015, so there’s no reason to worry.

We apologize for the extended site restoration timeline. The delay is the result of a reduced team size ahead of the upcoming shutdown. Most core features are already operational, and withdrawals will be enabled shortly once final checks are completed.
