@dhanushnagineni Okay so answer to this is that when a file is deleted, only the reference to the file is deleted and not the actual content, that is why you are able to recover data in certain cases because it still exists there but in case of copying, every bit has to be read and duplicated

Developers: Do you know why deleting a 10GB file takes 1 second, but copying it takes 10 minutes? Comment below.
