The Drawa forests protect more than just #carbon. They also provide valuable resources to communities, like pigs, prawns and fruit. Forest monitoring walks can even double up as hunting trips, so sometimes the rangers will take their canine companions with them! #climateaction

Forests in the Drawa area contain some huge trees. This one took three men to wrap their arms around it! By selling carbon credits, landowners are able to keep these ancient giants in the ground for future generations to marvel at.
