Two days ago was the birthday of Asya Zalogina — a person who guides and inspires our entire team at the Naked Heart Foundation 🤍  Asya, thank you for your sensitivity and kindness towards us and the world around us, thank you for the strength that inspires us to move forward.

💃 Throughout the month, our yound adults from the "Naked Heart" Family Support Center in Nizhny Novgorod learned to dance bachata. In June, they had a final concert where they were able to demonstrate their skills in a friendly atmosphere.

Autism is not a disease that we suffer from.

Today I try to thank life more often for what I was given. For what I have. Especially for the people who taught me, who I am friends with, who I work with. They are a big part of my happiness," - Asya Zalogina, President of the Naked Heart Foundation.

"When I went completely into charity, not everyone in my environment understood me. But at the same time, I always felt the support of my family. Now it seems to me that there are no people among my friends who would imagine me working somewhere else.

Autism is the diagnosis that will last for a person's lifetime and significantly affects social functioning. It doesn’t confer any privileges to be considered as a “trend”.

Autism is not a "trendy" diagnosis. People with ASD often have difficulties in different areas of life: communication, maintaining relationships, socialization and learning new skills.
