Yes, law and order is not at a 100% but you can just see the difference with your own eyes and the effort that have been put to improve it.
If you have ever called the police in case of an emergency today vs 8-10 years ago, you can see the level of change at the ground level when it comes to formality and the timely police response.
Yes, the police force is still made up of the dehati-rude police officers and they still barely talk decently to you unless you are rich or a politician, but you can see how they are more likely to complete formalities when responding to an emergency call.
They show up with ipads to click pictures and upload the update of each call made to the control room. When have we ever seen such things happen in Uttar Pradesh?
