Good Monday morning. Thought I would share an update on my book and include an old photo that is in the book. The book is at the publisher/printer and I will receive a hardback and a paperback within 2 weeks and after this last proof - it will be ready for sales. Can’t wait!

How do you adopt healthy self-esteem & the healthy metrics by which to measure yourself? The short answer is by living out those metrics. You have to change your behavior by first accepting how you feel now, practicing self compassion and getting comfortable with what you lack.

@markmanson Since I was in the stay at home category, I’ve written the book first draft that has been trying to escape my head. Working on my first edit. I Retired and then had to stay at home. Since I love socializing-thought it made sense to focus while I had no choices!
