I am honored to be named this year’s recipient of the Highland Innovation Award. This recognition is presented annually to a superintendent dedicated to pioneering new ways to drive student achievement. While my name may be on the award, the credit belongs to the incredible teachers, staff, and leaders of Aldine ISD. Even in the face of significant challenges, their unwavering commitment to our students makes progress possible every day. This honor truly belongs to the entire district. A special thank you to those who attended the reception despite busy schedules. I may not have captured photos with everyone, but please know how much your presence and support meant to me. It was wonderful to celebrate our collective work together!

Thank you for inviting our community partner, Buckner Family Hope Center to Coffee with School Leaders @Hill_AISD. ☕️ Buckner shared a wealth of info about FREE services for families, while also learning about @Aldine_FACE, and Hill Elem namesake joined the meeting also.
