I've had LOTS of fun using a @makerbot 3D printer for both #PBL & #STEM projects. Lots of design thinking, iteration & real-world applications. Hands-on projects that create an actual product are great for #STEM connections. #engineering #designthinking #authenticity #pblchat

IMO, #PBL and #STEM are like the apple tree and the apple. The foundations of one are the roots of the other, seen in the cross-curricular approaches to real world problems.
