Guesswaht?! When i went to tha vets the othur day i had loosed some weights so thay did tests to ruleout kidney and thyroid issues and such and iam pleezed to report my kidneys and thyroids and such are fine! Naow i can get shots to halp with tha stomatitis which is tha porblum.

Anyway, I just booked the first day of #nanowrimo as PTO because I will probably not be okay that day.

#nanowrimo starts in one month, and the absence of anything is notable. There are no MLs, no forums, no merch, no participant icons, no excitement, no attempt to regain community trust. There's no reason for writers to support the org anymore.

The NYPD spent $150 Million *extra* last year to catch people who weren't able to afford to pay the subway fare. They owed just $104,000. $150 million could buy free fares (at going rate) for 95,000 poor New Yorkers per year. Instead four people shot, including an officer.

@Dbwagner104 I think people don’t like cats because they set boundaries and enforce them. Boundary pushers don’t like pets that demand autonomy.

tangentially, i think this is one reason why some people don't like cats. cats don't like you based on how hard you try. they like you if you do cool shit: if you're interesting or useful. they see you as you are, not how you strive to be. this can be sobering.

I have LOTS of updated data with today's mayhams - 2 tweets worth!
