Cust get calls everyday for insurance policy due BUT nobody calls to intimate cust that your creditcard bill is due. Both @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFCLife_Cares know they will benefit if CC bill is not paid on time & need cust to renew policy on time to benefit. "Change the approach!!"
