There are $4.2m assets deposited into Silo Llama in 24 hours. And all of the deposits are $CRV. Guess who is depositing $CRV and borrowing $crvUSD against it? Here we go again

Silo launched Silo Llama - a fork of its own protocol where $crvUSD serves as a bridge asset (collateral and a borrowable asset for each isolated market). This is very good for both @SiloFinance and @CurveFinance because Silo gets free stablecoin liquidity (similar to D3M on Aave from Maker), and Curve gets more adoption for $crvUSD At the moment there are no assets deposited to the new pools except $crv.

@DeFi_Made_Here This twitter account is absolutely lying. Silo is replacing Aave v2 because Aave _wants_ to shut down the old version, and CRV position is holding them up. Yet, he focuses only on the borrow part, but not on the repay part.

Once you understand options better, you will look at the crypto space differently. For example, from the options perspective, protocols can offer you zero liquidation loans (@MysoFinance @THORChain). Also LPing = selling options, so “perp dexes” like @goodentrylabs can offer leverage trading without liquidations and drawdowns because traders are buying options from the LPers. These designs are innovative, secure, and fair for the users. Can’t wait until they get more adoption.
