This #ThankfulThursday we'd like to give a HUGE thank you to @NapaVintners, who announced last fall that NEWS is part of their latest round of community support. We are proud to partner with Napa Valley Vintners to provide critical services that help maintain a healthy community.

As a result of engaging in our YOUthMatter workshops, 91% of students self-reported that the workshop increased their understanding of healthy relationship characteristics and skills and reduced their attitudes that accept violence in relationships. 🧡 #TDVAM

This #ThankfulThursday we'd like to share our gratitude to the Drysdale Community Foundation of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties @BHHSDrysdale. Their 2023 grant to NEWS will make it possible for us to provide even more housing assistance and support. 💜

During #TDVAM we seek to amplify youth voices surrounding dating violence. Our YOUthMatter program provides one-on-one healthy relationship coaching to middle and high school students. 🧡

Elizabeth took her son’s advice and called the NEWS Help Line. NEWS Help Line advocates gave her the assistance she needed to be able to leave and reassured her that she knew what was best for her family.
