@NapervillePD Hi, happened again. two cars stopped in northbound outside lane, me turning left onto Emerald and a car stopped on Emerald. Car going northbound in the inside lane didn't slow or stop. Saw it coming as I started my left turn. Same time as last time, about 3:15 PM.

@NapervillePD You all need to start enforcing that stop at West and Emerald, especially with Book road closed. My son and I were nearly t-boned by someone who did not stop after I picked him up from school. I'm sorry but you need to step up.
