No one who is doing right by people is getting written off. I think our relationships are evolving to the right balance, of mutual consideration and respect. And if you are falling short there are going to be consequences.

Patriarchy is happening to them. Lots of women usually means lower paying and time exploitative departments. Go to the higher paying departments with more power and you’ll find the men there.
