NARA

This was our 1st party held in 1986 at The Derngate Northampton, when all but one of the babies helped to date, and their parents came from all over, as far as Wales and Cornwall to celebrate with us. The cake - shaped like a apnoea alarm held a candle for every child helped.

As we celebrate 40 years of the founding of NARA this year, we are trying to find some of those originally helped in our early years. Do you recognise anyone in this photo - if so, please contact us via our website naratbc.org.uk - it would be great to hear from you.

Well last night was horrific, watching my baby boy leave in an ambulance bc he was so poorly. Daddy had to go as I was also too poorly. He’s home now but that was awful. Pls everyone stay vigilant against spreading #COVID19

0n Boxing Day, for reasons still unknown, suddenly and devastatingly our beautiful 3 year old son Alexander died. I want the world to know how much joy he brought to everyone's lives, but especially ours. We are lost without him. Please keep our gorgeous, kind boy in your hearts.

With news of the passing of motor racing legend Sir Stirling Moss, we offer sincere condolences to Lady Susie Moss family & friends. NARA will never forget our fund-raising dinner where we celebrated him & Tony Brooks winning the 1957 British GP. It was a truly memorable event.
