This happened to me. Knew a guy for 15+ years. One day he just completely up and out of nowhere just stopped talking to me. No explanation. No "what happened?" No "this is why," just silence. Made me look at connection differently ever since then. It hurt but I'm stronger now.

@SalmonKid7 I mean Lilia still performs best out of them if I'm not mistaken her WR is high enough Like for example for me I never sweat seeing a Lilia jngl unlike karthus, zyra and brand jungle I'm always like shit well this game I have to really not count on the jungle, Lilia is op.

It is infuriating that despite being a full clear champion, Lillia has a slower full clear than every AP mage jungle (brand, karthus, zyra, etc.) and NEVER gets any jungle damage modifiers or Passive/Q buffs. Just for reference, without this buff Brand's fastest Red start is 307, Raptors start is 2:57, and Blue start is 3:10. Lillia can only achieve a 3:07 Blueside with taking non-optimal runes for clear maxxing. Lillia's early fighting is higher risk, she is just as invadable, and her non-grub objective clearing is abysmal. Dissapointed with the changes, but not surprised.

@RiotAuberaun Good change, should lessen dodge penalties while you’re at it - if we cannot stop someone from running it down, we should be able to prevent a game from starting or, in champ select reporting should be matter more. The dodge penalties right now are crippling.

We're going to be experimenting with this around 15.20 on a few servers and monitoring things like dodge & report rates + your feedback. Overall thinking is valuing agency to play a pick more than agency to ban absolutely anything.
