@imongamagcwabe There can’t be any real debate that there are different requirements for different competitions. Whether or not CSA can do anything about it or not, the lack of transformation in the SA20 has to be a concern. Also begs the question whether hard targets are working domestically.

@KelRo736 @KassNaidoo I’m here in Durban and I think that’s it for today but I don’t think there will be any other rain delays in the test. If the pitch stays as lively as it looked this morning then that should be enough time for a result.

Weather gods were obviously watching over my shoulder when I told someone they shouldn't trust any weather reports about Durban (or Gqeberha - or most coastal cities) - because now they're intent on proving me right. I was hoping I wasn't, in this instance. Hopefully it clears as quickly as it arrived but that sadly isn't always the case.

I’m not sure how these contribution to win %s work but if accurate then the most startling thing about yesterday was how close Coetzee and Sky’s contributions were when Coetzee went 10 an over. Context is everything in analyzing performances.

@KelRo736 @sportbillysays You definitely have a point - I do think there is some value in Klaasen being held back to go nuts at the end but there is probably a sweet spot of like 30 balls for him to face. Also thought Soyinka played the situation quite well by just feeding Breetzke.
