Truths that many fans don't accept: In this scene Obito shouldn't have left alive. If we look at Rasengan's logic throughout the work, the attack was created to destroy cells and cause massive internal damage. But when the script needs to save someone, the Rasengan becomes practically a push with special effects. If logic was applied the same way to all characters, Obito would have turned into ground meat right there, and the Fourth Ninja War probably would never have happened. Rasengan is one of the most nerve wracking jutsu in Naruto IMO. Depending on who receives it, removes mountains. Depending on who the script wants to protect, it becomes just a scratch.
