@NasherMiles I am lucky and privileged that I received my bag delivered today morning after so many follow ups from NasherMiles. But this not the way professional companies work and treat their customers. Your regret won’t solve my purpose to buy the Bag. Anyway seriously disappointed.

@NasherMiles I have purchased 3 sets of Bags from Palladium Mall Ahmedabad store on 1st May, and store person gives assurance that by 8th will receive all bags from direct co. Bangalore, but he delivered only 2 bags that too from store only and 1 bag is yet to deliver.

@myntra @NasherMiles MY PICK UP IS ALREADY DONE on 25th APRIL. but they are not updating so last 4 to 5 days they scheduled pickup in morning and they cancelled due to not picked up in evening it and are placing the delivery every day.SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN N AGAIN daybyday

@NasherMiles The side handles of the trolley bag should have been given both the sides to facilitate luggage handling. I need to turn the bag everytime if I have to pick it up. The bag could have been made thoughtfully. My American Tourister bag has never had any such issues.
