Met the @nasscom team who presented the 36th edition of their annual flagship report, Strategic Review 2026: Steering Through the Tides of Uncertainty, which captures how the technology landscape is evolving in a period of deep structural shifts. The report highlights how AI has moved to the core of enterprise operations and how value creation is now driven by IP and innovation. India continues to stand out as a reliable player in the global technology landscape even amid these shifts. Despite uncertainty, the industry grew by 6.1%, with revenues touching $315 billion and employment expanding to nearly 6 million. Even as the global environment becomes more complex, the long-term trajectory for India remains strong. We need to move decisively from services to products, enable talent to leapfrog capabilities and build frontier tech strength across areas like semiconductors, AI infrastructure and space.
