Video circulating shows Tesco security refusing entry to a woman wearing a full niqab (face veil) at a UK store. Staff cited security and identification policies; “you can’t properly identify someone with their face completely covered.
Shoplifting is exploding across Britain. Face coverings make it far easier for thieves (and worse) to operate without consequence.”
Many retailers already have ‘no face covering’ rules for exactly this reason.
Should UK supermarkets and shops enforce strict no-face-covering policies for security?
Or must they accommodate religious demands even if it puts staff and customers at risk?
