@AFCBournemouthW@theterras People will travel all over the country at great cost to watch the men. Is an hour along the coast too far to watch the women?
We can confirm that our home games next season will be played at @theterras' Bob Lucas Stadium.
The move underlines the club's ambition to build sustainably for the future while ensuring the infrastructure is in place to support progression towards WSL 2 football.

@AFCBournemouthW@theterras This is a great stadium for the women’s team to play at. If Ringwood is deemed not an option by the FA and no other Bournemouth pitch is suitable or available, somewhere is better than nowhere. We travel two hours each way for every home game and it makes it a day out for us.
@AFCBournemouthW Really poor decision not to host at the Vitality. What message does that send to the girls of Bournemouth aspiring to be the footballers of the future? That the club will always prioritise men over women, even on special days such as the FA Cup.
🎥 Tickets are still available for Sunday's @FAWNL clash with AFC Bournemouth, but for those that can't make it, we are providing a live stream of the match on Argyle TV!
