@TheQNI Ursula was my last manager @CQCProf I was lucky to have the privilege of unlimited access to her knowledge, compassion, encouragement, coaching and of course, endless supply of cakes. My condolences to Nick and her family and friends.

Scotland preparing for mental health awareness week and campaign is everywhere..radio, motorway billboards, leaflets and cards in shops. Almost feels disconcerting, as rarely is mental health so out there.
