It’s official! I am now a CELTA Certified English Teacher 👩🏼‍🏫 - the course was no mean feat but I learnt a lot and met some amazing people. Living in France has been such an incredible experience 💙 … and now for the job hunt! 🔍

What a night with @LisaMPEEK and @NatashaEPEEK doing create training with our new group of @PEEK_project_ young volunteers! We did some visual arts tasters where we all experimented using colour, followed by some theatre games! Safe to say they got stuck right in...😂

🎭 “GOOD MORNING BARROWFIELD!!” 🎭 Yesterday’s Children’s Theatre Session working towards our Winter Warmer was a success - look at these budding performers ✨ we worked on movement and characterisation in the dance before doing some singing exercises and vocal projection 🎶

Working together as a team to make a giant colourful classroom poster!! I can’t wait to see this come together next week 🌈 “What so all of these bits of paper will make a massive picture!!??” “That’s so cool, mine goes next to my friends - look, like this!” ✏️ 🖊️

Fruit kebabs anyone?? 🍓 🥭 🍇 🍊 We made some healthy snacks with @LangfauldsPS to give us creative energy! We tried strawberries, mango, oranges, blackberries, raspberries and grapes!!

Our first #PEEKCreate Music Hub - Guitar Session - was a strumming success on Wednesday @DalmarnockPS - Andy our lovely guitar teacher taught us all the basics: we learned about frets, chords and strumming. We even played a few basic tunes! 🎶 🎸

We were busy making collaborative scrap sculptures at @DalmarnockPS on Wednesday in our after school #PEEKCreate ‘Cool Doodlers’ session! One group made a house with a garden, another group made a fish tank and another made a mini scarecrow! So many fun ideas 💡❤️

FRUIT GALORE!!! 🍎 🍌 🍓 🍇🍊 It’s always nice to see the kids getting excited about their fruit snacks at sessions! Just what they need to get their creative juices flowing ready for art, music and theatre ❤️❤️❤️ “We have strawberries today, that’s my favourite!!”
