All my posts regarding this issue quoting this brand directly have had a total of more than 500k views alr so I think they’ve been reaching many ppl and OF COURSE @DrAllyBrand yet this brand still pretending to be “blind” since. In this case, i’m planning to fly to BKK this week anyway to report it on site, so I said nothing for a while (also I wanted to wait for the event be over). Yet the ways they organizing the event for both JossGawin and the fans in general continues to get on my nerve so bad, like it’s downright disrespectful if I speak honestly 🙂 I have few friends who have joined the event, and there’s one who told me from very early that she’s extremely shocked that the location is like >20km away from the city center. At first, they thought there will be certain activities being fit in the atmosphere, but there actually was nothing. Tbh no need to come for real, just look at all pics & vids, anyone can see there’s no concept at all so what’s the REASON for the brand to pick a place (not really a café) in the middle of nowhere, not nice, looking cramped as he*l, and not mention THE ROOM like it straightup looked like an old classroom not being touched since 2015?!!! Then, what with that random background (under a mango tree like are you serious??) for photo bnf?!! There’re events letting ppl to take pics outside yet everything is DECORATED and look super nice. All previous JossGawin’s TS events have been held either in 5-star hotels or premium cafeteria inside the city, or sport complex due to the concept yet no event ever looked like THIS!! The final Top 20 for JossGawin worth almost 1M bath, exclusive of lucky fans, VDO and others (like me whose 28k bath being “robbed”) ~ it’s averagely higher than many of their recent TS events (excluding trip), so what’s the reason JossGawin & JossGawin’s fan being treated like this at their last cp event this yr?! I can’t help but wonder are they doing this on purpose for real after everything 🙂

In this case, the brand has still ignored and played silent with me since last night even after I published the first post, that they don’t even bother to inform me - their client to wait for next steps or any official clarification. Is this how Thai brands which have been partnering with the biggest entertainment company in Thailand treat their clients??!!! So let me (as someone who has joined and got in 4 TS events within this year only) point out how UNPROFESSIONAL, NON-TRANSPARENT, UNETHICAL @DrAllyBrand organizing this specific event for JossGawin’s fans. - First, all published information on X about the event’s rules & policies are in Thai language only, no English version while they still let inter fans who doesn’t speak Thai to join -> this is unethical and irresponsible to clients because language barriers can clearly cause misunderstanding, misinformation and DISADVANTAGES between participants. - Second, there’re many different rules and procedures that haven’t been published transparently and officially on Dr.Ally’s official account, but sending to customers in PRIVATE Line chat, including different methods to purchase (beside Line Shopping), payment procedure, filling in necessary form, submit payment proofs to be counted as successful orders… -> this is again unethical and non-transparent to all customers. - Third, the brand has NEVER ACTIVELY PROVIDED PROPER PRODUCT INFORMATION yet ACTIVELY ENCOURAGED CUSTOMERS TO CHOOSE BETWEEN “WANT TO PICK UP THE PRODUCT OR NOT”, like what kind of a trusted brand dare to tell customers to TRANSFER MONEY TO BUY PRODUCT YET NO NEED TO PICK UP -> this is extremely unethical and questionable about what kind of products they try to sell? Are these products qualified and safe to use??? - Fourth, the brand dared to put only one sentence in English while everything else is in Thai - “The company's decision is final and cannot be canceled and the refund is requested” -> this action is straightup SCAM BEHAVIOR like they are so ready to back-up for their wrong doings in any case and tell customers HAVE TO ENDURE in any situations either what party DOES WRONG OR BREAK THE RULE. Again, if I don’t receive a proper response and acceptable solutions from @DrAllyBrand as soon as possible, I will report this case officially to both @GMMTV & their “mother” company, as well as submit official complaint to Office of the Consumer Protection Board Thailand for scamming behaviors from Thai brand to foreign customers. What I need is not my money (yet the brand is responsible to give it back), but I cannot accept how my idols’ image must attach with this kind of unethical and irresponsible brand. Stop taking advantages from the fans’ love & support to their idols to proceed with worst & scamming behaviors!!! #DrAllyxJossGawin

I couldn’t believe this brand has really acted as a legit fraud until the end. In the official announcement, they has stated that “you can buy via Line Shopping” and “for more info, contact them via Line” ~ so I have contacted and asked them very clear that “I couldn’t purchase via Line because i don’t have an address in Thailand now for shipping, so can I purchase by other ways”, and they SAID OKAY, gave me their bank account, told me to transfer, note with them my information, send payment proof. For the first time, I did exactly as that yet they have MISSED my information (I have posted one time here to complain, they said sorry, deleted the post and corrected the info). Later, they told me that you need to fill in a form to be counted while they hadn’t send me the form before 🙄 so okay I noted and filled in the form for later orders. They even confirmed that “THE TIME ON YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPT IS IMPORTANT TO COUNT YOUR ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL”, so everyone will understand that if you fill in the form with order quantity without payment proof, your order would be failed clearly. On the last day, i have made successful payment worth of 20,000 THB, filled in the form with payment proofs before the deadline of 23:30 PM. Then I asked them around 23:30 PM again “if I can pay more now?!” because I planned to transfer around 6,000 THB more (that I was ready with my bank application to transfer the money) but they told me “NO” around 23:35, then okay I didn’t transfer. Now for the final result, they let another person in the lucky list even that person has broken the rule that her payments on Line FAILED after 23:30 PM yet they LET HER PAY LATER VIA WISE, let her filled in the form with payment proof being much later than 23:30 PM and still counted??!!! Like WHEN YOU SAY OR STATE THE RULE THAT YOU CAN ORDER ON LINE AND PAY LATER??!! Again the brand has stated that “all purchases have had to be made on 23:30 PM on Nov 30th to be counted” yet they PROVIDED FALSE INFORMATION FOR DIFFERENT CLIENTS AND CAUSE SO MUCH MISINFORMATION & CONFUSION!!! I’ve joined many TS and never a brand give me unclear information from the start like this, like I could have just transferred 6,000 THB more by 3 seconds at 23:30 and get into the Top 20 yet they told me “NO” BUT LET OTHERS PAY LATER BY HOURS AND LET THEM IN THE LIST. This is the first time I’ve “missed” a TS for being fooled by the brand itself. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE THAT THEY LITERALLY LIED TO THE CLIENT. In the form they let us to fill, they stated that this form is for “Payment via bank transfer channel / Wise / Alipay / Wechat Other non-ordering channels via Line Shopping”, yet they let other who being failed to complete order on Line Shopping within the deadline to pay via Wise later, could fill in the form with payment proof show the time being LATER than 23:30 PM and still count, but me as someone want to make payment on 23:30 cannot?!!! If this is the case, I would just tell that I order 10 more bottles but pay 2 days after the deadline. Is it making any sense?!!! Tbh I can meet my idols later there’re still many chances, and 20,000 THB is nothing to me yet the ways this brand treating the client, organizing the event are straightup SCAM. Now you @DrAllyBrand either refund all money to me or give an appropriate solution, or I willl report this straight to OCPB Thailand & @GMMTV for a brand provided false information to clients while organizing “events” requiring clients to transfer money under unclear and non-transparent rules!!!
