Yesterday, we had the privilege of partnering with Nations United Soccer and spending time with an inspiring group of young athletes in our community. Nations United creates a welcoming space for resettled and immigrant youth through soccer, helping build confidence, connection, and a true sense of belonging We’re grateful to share the field with them and be a small part of their journey💚

Welcome to Boise, Thomas Amang! Born in Douala, Cameroon, Thomas Amang is a proven goal-scoring forward with experience across Europe and the United States. A product of the Cameroonian development system, Amang began his professional career in Norway before continuing his career in Spain and later establishing himself in the USL Championship. Known for his physical presence, attacking instincts, and ability to score in a variety of ways, he has consistently produced at the professional level.

Welcome to Boise, Jonathan Kliewer! Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Jonathan Kliewer is a goalkeeper known for his size, composure, and shot-stopping ability. Standing 6-4, he has developed into a reliable presence between the posts over his collegiate career, earning conference honors and weekly recognition in competitive NCAA Division I play. After beginning his career at the University of Detroit Mercy, where he was named Horizon League Goalkeeper of the Year, Kliewer transferred to Missouri State University, where he has combined athletic ability with academic success and high-pressure performances in postseason competition.

Our first Academy signee✍️ Boise native Jackson Stephens developed through the Austin FC Academy and gained professional experience with Austin FC II after signing an amateur agreement in 2025. We’re excited to continue supporting his development as he trains and competes while maintaining his amateur eligibility.

Welcome to Boise, Joseph Hanson! Born in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada, Joseph Hanson is a forward known for his athleticism, attacking versatility, and ability to play across multiple roles in the front line. Hanson developed through the Vancouver Whitecaps Academy system, progressing through one of Major League Soccer’s leading youth development pathways before moving into the professional ranks. He has since gained experience in North American and European competitions, including MLS NEXT Pro, the Canadian Premier League, and the League of Ireland First Division. Notably, Hanson became the first player from Yukon to sign and play professionally, representing a milestone for soccer development in Canada’s northern territories.

The 2025 USL League Two Defender of the Year is headed to Boise! Born in Dakar, Senegal, Moussa Ndiaye is a versatile defender known for his leadership, tactical awareness, and composure on the ball. He developed his game at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), where he established himself as one of the top defenders in the country and earned multiple conference and national honors. Ndiaye has also been a cornerstone for Vermont Green FC in USL League Two, serving as captain, setting the club’s all-time appearance record, earning League Two Defender of the Year in 2025 and 2025 Eastern Conference Player of the Year. His blend of high-level collegiate experience and proven leadership at the pre-professional level brings experience, competitiveness, and defensive quality to the squad!

Keegan Oyler is coming home🏠 Meridian native Keegan Oyler brings balance, leadership, and two-way excellence to the back line. Oyler developed his game at Oregon State University before transferring to Utah Valley University, where he became a key contributor on both ends of the pitch. He has earned All-WAC honors, led the conference in assists, and been recognized on national watch lists for his impact. Welcome to the team, Keegan!

San Diego FC’s starting goalkeeper Duran Ferree will have his first MLS start. He arrives wearing the name and colors of the team that gave him his first professional soccer contract, San Diego Loyal.

Luan Brito is headed to Boise! Born in Rio De Janeiro, Luan Brito is a Striker formerly with Fluminense Football Club. Brito brings speed, physicality, and elite finishing to AC Boise’s front line.

Benian Yao is headed to Boise! The 24 year old defender, Benian Yao, is known for his commanding presence on the back line, leadership, and defensive instincts. He developed through a strong collegiate pathway, beginning at Viterbo University before transferring to UNC Asheville, where he became a key figure along the Bulldogs’ back line.
