Immigrants absolutely hurt wages. An increased supply of cheap foreign labor inherently lowers the demand for domestic labor. This is self evident.

Furthermore, even if undocumented immigrants cost the country 180 billion, that doesn't factor in how much they contribute to the country. Keep in mind the CATO study also says immigrants cost the country billions, but the data shows that these costs are offset by their contributions.
