Notice to Iowa fans, you did not enjoy those wins, and you did not have fun going to those games. You can no longer recall those memories. Sorry to take back those experiences from you and replace them with a blank space…. Vacating wins is the dumbest penalty ever.

Iowa's Kirk Ferentz and assistant Jon Budmayr made impermissible contact with a QB before he entered the transfer portal in Nov. 2022. The NCAA ruled today: tampering occurred. Records from 2023 will be vacated. Ferentz already served a suspension.

Common theme of all the best HS hitters I’m seeing is they attack the first pitch almost every AB & get their best swing off on that 0-0 count. If they swing thru it… they dont care. If your coach is telling you to be patient & take the 1st pitch most AB’s… u need a new coach!

Pitchers who applied 4 minutes of ice to their deltoid and forearm between innings threw 1.3-1.5 mph harder in innings 4-5, reported 35% lower perceived exertion, and felt better recovered. Traditional dugout strategy says keep it warm. The data say cool it down.
