It would be interesting to see all of the original squad members, other than AOC, endorse Saikat Chakrabarti. As always, Saikat uses the chance to boost progressive candidates like @NateForUtah and @DarializaforNY.
Saikat Chakrabarti for Congress@saikatc

Honored to earn @Ilhan endorsement. I first met her at a time when Trump was attacking her personally on a daily basis, and even then, I never saw her flinch once — Rep. Omar is fearless. She has the determination and resolve to fight for what is right against the greatest of odds, and she has taken huge personal risk in doing so. Rep. Omar’s politics of moral clarity have changed the political reality in Washington, and she is one of the strongest pro-peace and anti-war voices in congress. She is the model for what we need from our congresspeople today and I look forward to working with her.

I'm committed to unrigging the system for working people, and I won't take money from AIPAC, big tech, fossil fuel companies, or the other industries intertwined with candidates in this race. It's time for transparency, and my record shows that I'll put my constituents first.

We also found out in the Salt Lake Tribune that he has an ownership stake in a massive data center project like the one in Box Elder County. We won't get big money out of politics like we need to if the candidates we elect rely on it to buy support.

Big news today in our race: multiple reports show other candidates with big conflicts of interest. The Lever reported on the Better Blue Fund, a joint fundraising committee tied to Ben McAdams that takes money from AIPAC's biggest donors and sends it to their most reliable votes in Congress.

I'm sick & tired of elections hinging on the whims of gigantic donors who steer our politics away from the needs of average people in favor of the military industrial complex & big tech companies that promote despair & division. Enough is enough.

I'm not scared to stand up to politicians who say one thing and do another. It's what I've always done, whether they're Republicans or Democrats. Honesty and accountability are important, and voters deserve to know who their elected officials answer to. Why hide like this? levernews.com/the-pro-israel…

Voters are sick and tired of having to literally follow the money to figure out who's influencing our elections. @BenMcAdams has been washing his hands of his Israel-first track record, but he's benefitting from support of some of the Israel lobby's biggest donors, and hiding it behind a shadowy joint fundraising committee.

Will @BenMcAdams show up at data center protest tomorrow? I know @NateForUtah will be there. We need to elect candidates who want to listen to everyday people, not just corporate lobbyists. Primary voters, if Ben is this unavailable to us now, imagine if he’s elected. #utpol

@sltrib Data centers are the new oil & gas; trendy to hate. But the same critics enjoy every medical and tech breakthrough these centers power. McAdams backed a renewable-powered one in Delta. That's not a scandal, that's smart investing.

Democratic congressional candidate Ben McAdams has a small stake in a data center under construction in Delta. His primary opponents say data centers don't belong in Utah. sltrib.com/news/politics/…

Is @SpencerJCox gonna claim this is AI? Gross. Hypocritical. Corrupt, even.

One of my opponents owns stock in a dirty data center & is worth upwards of $5 million. Another trades crypto & pulls in nearly $1 million a year doing legal work for the fossil fuel industry. The third quit a big tech lobbying job to run for this seat but failed to file disclosures. sltrib.com/news/politics/…

Getting whiplash from seeing so many clean energy people no longer care about climate change or the environment and support fossil-fueled data centers if some nominal amount is met with clean energy. Abundance really broke their brains.

Rep. Massie’s loss yesterday was not only because of massive funding from AIPAC and Trump megadonors. It is the reality that the modern Republican Party is an authoritarian cult. THE LEADER speaks. Everyone follows — or else.

This New York Times piece is worth your time. Here’s what is happening, as simply as I can put it. Back in January, Trump sued the IRS, an agency he controls, demanding $10 billion over the leak of his tax returns a number of years ago. IRS lawyers did their jobs. They wrote a memo laying out the defenses that could beat the suit, including the fact that Trump filed too late. His own lawyer was in court when the leaker pleaded guilty in October 2023, more than two years before Trump sued. The Justice Department never showed up to court. Never argued back. Never used the defenses sitting on their desk. The judge got suspicious and ordered both sides to explain whether they were actually opposing each other or just colluding. The day before that brief was due, Trump dropped the suit. Same day, his Justice Department announced a $1.776 billion taxpayer-funded “anti-weaponization fund.”  Trump gets a formal apology. The IRS agrees to drop any audits of him and his family, even though a 2024 Times report found a loss in an ongoing audit could cost him over $100 million. The acting Attorney General, Trump’s former criminal defense attorney, picks the five commissioners who decide who gets paid. Trump can fire any of them. Proud Boys and Oath Keepers are not ruled out. This is the most corrupt thing I’ve ever seen from an American president. Where in the hell are my Republican colleagues? nytimes.com/2026/05/19/adm…

The DNC's 192-page autopsy on losing 2024 mentions: Gaza: 0 times Israel: 0 Palestine: 0 Genocide: 0 Their own staff say Gaza decided the election. Their own data says the same. None of it made the report. 192 pages. They still won't say the word.
