See you at #WTC2025, where #Natera will have 16 abstracts spanning our organ health offerings in kidney, heart and lung. This includes 5 oral presentations, showcasing several high-impact datasets. One presentation we're looking forward to is the landmark PEDAL study, which was recently published in the American Journal of Transplantation. This first-of-its-kind, prospective multi-center trial demonstrated Prospera Kidney’s ability to predict long-term outcomes following organ rejection. Meet us at booth #1002 to explore the technology behind #Prospera and connect with our team. RSVP here ➡️ ow.ly/Hwwp50WyIwy for these exclusive experiences: • Behind-the-scenes lab tours at our Bay Area site • A product theater in collaboration with American Kidney Fund Read more about our presentations here: ow.ly/cx1v50WyIwx #TransplantInnovation #PersonalizedMedicine @ASTSChimera @AST_info @ttsorg

Today, we celebrate fathers and father figures in all their forms. From guiding hands to quiet support, from hard-earned wisdom to unconditional encouragement, fatherhood shows up in countless ways. Some are dads by biology, others by choice. All leave a lasting impact. To the fathers, stepfathers, mentors, and role models: thank you. What you do matters, every single day. Happy Father's Day! 💙💚 #FathersDay #Fatherhood #ThankYouDads

Exciting results from the DEFINE-HT study: Prospera Heart with donor quantity score (DQS) significantly correlates with clinical outcomes after heart transplantation and outperforms biopsy in predicting graft dysfunction. The prospective, multicenter DEFINE-HT study—the first of its kind—demonstrated that elevated donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA) is associated with an increased risk of adverse events such as treated rejection, graft dysfunction, re-transplantation, and death. Key findings: • Elevated dd-cfDNA tripled the prediction of graft dysfunction compared to biopsy • Patients with an elevated dd-cfDNA result were significantly more likely to experience adverse outcomes (HR: 2.56, p=0.0299) • Prospera Heart with DQS showed a stronger correlation with clinical outcomes compared to donor fraction alone These findings were presented today at ISHLT 2025. DEFINE-HT advances our understanding of precision medicine in heart transplantation, emphasizing less invasive, more predictive approaches for better patient care. ow.ly/xLIZ50VK2Vq #ISHLT #Natera

Still feeling inspired by @ScotPollard31, heart transplant recipient and NBA champion, who gave a powerful speech at #ISHLT2025. We are always in awe of the resilience of those in the transplant community. #Natera #TransplantInnovation @ISHLT

🔬 This Lab Week, we’re celebrating the dedicated teams from laboratory operations across Natera. Our lab teams are the heart of Natera, never losing sight that there’s a person behind each sample. Because of their work, we were able to serve more than 2 million patients last year. We appreciate and celebrate their hard work and dedication. Thank you, lab teams, for your continued contributions to our mission! 💙💚 #LabWeek2025 #Natera

Being APOL1 aware means knowing how your genes impact your kidney health. Knowing whether you have the APOL1 variants that cause AMKD could keep your kidneys working longer. The only way to know is to have a genetic test. @KidneyFund #AMKDAwarenessDay ow.ly/3KZN50VjwbK
