My fixes for the offseason. Fire Spags. Fire Nagy. Fire Toub. Fire Brett Veach. Give Andy the option to either; 1. Retire 2. Hire a brand new OC and relinquish all control to him 3. If he refuses both options, fire him. Trade away or cut most of Brett Veach’s god-awful second contracts(I.E Karlaftis, Gray, Bolton, Taylor etc.) Throw huge money at either Mike Kafka or Matt LaFleur to become the HC. Convert to a play-action, run heavy offense from under center. Get rid of the RPO nonsense and commit to running the ball. Major changes need to happen to this team. They’ve gotten complacent since 2020 and have been relying on the brilliance of John Dorsey’s HOF draft picks to pick up the slack.

Its time for a new DC and for Andy to bring in a new offensive staff that isnt directly tied to his tree and relinquish play calling to that OC. Go be the head guy, be the outstanding people manager you are.
