@Padric_ 100% I grew up around great vets and no idea they could be like this. I had a chat with a cat loving neighbour who is willing to give me a lift when possible to another one I've found with overwhelmingly positive reviews, so going forward that may be the answer.

@Natersby So sad to hear this. Hugs to Roxy, hoping the best for her. Finding a good vet is like finding a good GP. Once found, hang onto them for life. Not sure if there’s a vet client equivalent of the NHS Redress Scheme (or the CNST), but maybe your insurance company can help.
