The viciousness towards Erika is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Just absolute psychopathic cruelty being casually exhibited by huge numbers of people on both sides of the aisle. Even if you don’t like Erika for some dumb reason, this treatment is still deranged and cartoonishly evil. There are women in public life who I despise but if their husbands were shot and they were left raising young children alone, I wouldn’t mock and bully them. I wouldn’t pretend that I suddenly like them either. I’d probably just keep my mouth shut. That is also an option. If you don’t like Erika, you could always just focus on something else, rather than putting your wickedness on display for the world to see.

Over the weekend I built something: Another fun ‘is it possible’ project. A native twitch cohost. Here’s what it does: When i stream on twitch, it listens to events (sub, bits, raids, chat) and a ai voice pipes up talks about it in real time in real time. (Sounds dumb but..)

@Morphologis Found a handy freight elevator workaround. If I pull something up and it arrives empty, or I send something down and it never shows in my inventory, I just move one water bottle into the elevator and bring it up. Everything appears. Sometimes I have to do it a few times.

Spent several hours crafting and loading the 10 sets we made into boxes do a random draw, 6 of them vanished from my inventory, and after pulling up the remaining 4, 3 of them were cleaned up and deleted by the server. Star Citizen is not ready for org activities. @RobertsSpaceInd

For me personally…he’s just always been a smarmy little rat - in any LTT video he appeared in. Aside from me tho, their device testing sucked, the company as a whole - when it was run by him - apparently had loads of lets just say…HR issues. The female staff member that left a couple years ago laid it all out. And all Linus did was the obligatory, “we’ll do better” nonsense. As well as former guys explaining how poorly they were treated - basically like content slaves. In other words, he treated these North American guys - who were friends, as badly as big tech treats cheap foreign And to today, all the beloved dudes are leaving/left because of low pay and various other work environment issues. Imagine starting a company, a core friend group forms, but their pay stagnated in the tough Canadian housing economy, and you’re the only one that has numerous houses - and now a jet. Countless vids on it on YT, if you’re curious.
